Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FitScore (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

FitScore is an AI-assisted candidate screening platform that allows recruiters and hiring teams to upload job descriptions and CVs, and receive ranked, evidence-backed fit scores for candidates.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including discriminatory hiring practices.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the job descriptions, CVs, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending relevant excerpts to our AI processing provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share Your Content with any other third party.

6. AI-generated results

Fit scores and rankings are generated using AI and are provided to assist, not replace, human judgment. FitScore does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results, and you remain solely responsible for hiring decisions made using the Service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data, including our commitment to not sharing your data with third parties beyond the AI processing necessary to deliver the Service.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting gdpr@fitscorex.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
